I ordered a power reclining couch from furniture.com which is run by Harlem Furniture. Everything was going fine the called to arrange delivery and showed up to deliver the couch. After hauling my old sofa to the dumpster and setting up the new couch the informed my wife that after testing the power reclining mechanism on the right hand side didn't work and they would bring out another couch on Friday. Thursday they called to set a delivery time of 12-3 Friday afternoon. At 11 Friday morning my wife received a call saying the sofa they were to deliver didn't pass inspection and they wouldn't be coming. My wife called customer service and it got worse she was informed that they wernt getting anymore of these couches in and we had 2 choices return it or got to store and choose something else. Even if we did we couldn't apply the price we paid toward the new piece because we purchased it online and would have to wait for it to be picked up and then 5-7 days before credit would be issued. There customer service ***! They made no attempt to repair or replace it. And pretty much made it my problem. I told them to come get the piece of crap out of my house and I'm stuck waiting for a credit!

First off Mr Nice guy isnt so nice he sent the same messageto me . I guess he dosent have anything better to do than call people names. I had a problem where the color was fading on my couch and it took them almost a year to do anything about it . They wanted to give me another couch at a cheaper level as my couch and than they were going to take my couch. I asked if I could get the same couch and needless to say it was discontinued. It took almost a year to get this resolved and it was all becausre of the warranty company. I will never deal with this company ever again. Oh wahat they gave me was agift certificate.
