Harlem Furniture complaint
This place delivered the wrong piece of furniture to my home twice. On the third try they never showed up. When I called and asked about the delivery they claimed that they called and left me a message on my phone stating that I would not be getting the delivery. No message was received, nor was the called received. Do not purchase from this company. It is not worth the stress. Take your business elsewhere.

The management staff is not helpful at all, Maria Martinez and Dale Kelton, the head supervisor, are the absolute worst people to deal with in regards to delivery service and costumer service in general.

I wanted to purche things from Harlem Furniture, but after all these comments I don't think I want to purchase anything from there anymore. Can someone tell me where I can go buy some nice furnitures? :)
