I guess Harlem Furniture got a bad rep so they changed the name to "The Room Place" but it's still the same story. They sell you furniture and add on the protection plan and once you have the furniture they treat you like ***.

Our table had a scratch on one leg and some chairs looked like they had bad quality - some had plastic sticking out from the seat cushions some had noticeable staples etc... A representative came out and ordered new parts and a few months later they said they were going to deliver and even called to say they would be there in 45 minutes but never showed. A call to them was not returned.

I've asked them to come and get their garbage out of my house and I want a full refund. I'm ready to report to BBB, state attorney and FTC if need be.
